Lay out 8 to 10 tortillas and spoon on,in the center of each tortilla, some pie mix such as apple, cherry,etc. (We even used canned pine apple. Blueberry is good. Roll up and place in a glass baking dish with seam side down.
Pour over all the rolled up tortillas with the sauce.

Sauce:
1 stick Butter (or Margarine)
1 cup sugar (or Splenda)
1 cup water

Bake. These are best if served warm. Can be topped with ice cream or Cool Whip if desired.( I've kept them in the frig for a week, then put them in the microwave to heat through. In case you have some left over and don't want to throw them out.
