Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 part heavy whipping cream
3 parts good quality chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Bring whipping cream to a boil, remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips until smooth and shiny. Serve slightly warm so it “runs” over your ice cream, creme puff, whatever! Store sealed leftovers in refrigerator. (DO NOT allow water or condensation to get into your chocolate. This will cause the mixture to “seize”, which means it gets hard and lumpy. There isn’t much turning back when this happens.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is the all time easiest, most “chef-like” sauce to add to your repertoire.
