1/2 C almonds or pecans chopped
1/4 C panko bread crumbs or any seasoned bread crumbs I like Italian
1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
1 egg beaten or egg substitute
4 pieces of cod, tiliapia or white fish

Directions:
Directions:
In shallow dish, combine chopped nuts, bread crumbs and lemon pepper. Place egg in second shallow dish. Dip fish into egg, then coast with crumb mixture. Place on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 425* oven until fish is opaque throughout and internal temp is 145*
