2 -3 heads lettuce, need lg. crisp lettuce leaves
olive oil
1 clove minced garlic
1 small chopped onion
2 cups shopped and drained straw mushrooms
4 chicken breasts
1 can diced (chopped) water chestnuts
1 tsp chili paste

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse and refrigerate lettuce leaves until ready to serve. In large skillet, add 2 Tbsp olive oil, garlic, onion. Add cubed chicken. When fully cooked, remove from heat, DRAIN, place all in food processor and chop into small bits. Return to skillet, on low-med heat. Add 1 can chopped water chestnuts and 1 tsp chili paste. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring slowly. Serve warm spoonfuls over lettuce leaf, wrap or roll up leaf, eat and ENJOY! A dipping sauce is a nice addition (honey-mustard, etc.)

This is my version of the P.F. Chang appetizer. Chili paste is a key ingredient. Usually found in the Asian food area of your grocery store.
