1 pound ground beef
1 small onion
1 small can of chopped green chiles
8 oz. bottle of taco sauce (mild, med. or HOT)
1 can mushroom slices
1 small can sliced black olives
1-2 cups shredded co jack cheese
1 can of spicy bean dip (or refried beans)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, drain off fat then add chopped onion, chiles and saute until tender. Add taco sauce and mushrooms - stir. In bottom of 8x8 glass dish, layer bean dip, then place meat mixture on top of that, then layer with cheese and top w/ black olives. Bake @ 350º for 25 - 30 minutes until bubbly hot. (Microwave if in a hurry) Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
