1 1/2 lb.beef stew meat cubed 5 potatoes, diced
3 stalks celery, sliced 1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. tapioca 1 c. water
5 carrot, sliced 1 onion chopped
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar 1/2 c. tomato juice

Directions:
In 9 x 13 pan place meat, onion,carrots, potatoes & celery. Mix in small bowl salt sugar, tapioca & juice. Pour over meat & vegetables. Pour water over & cover with foil. Bake at 300º oven for 4 hours.
