¼ C. Vinegar
1 C. Sugar
1 ¼ C. Water
3 Tbl. Cornstarch
Red food coloring for color
¼ C. Plum jam (or favorite “red” jam –NOT strawberry, too sweet)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all and bring to a boil, stirring until thickened. If it is too sweet, add more vinegar. If too sour, add more sugar or jam.
