Ingredients:
Ingredients:
(2) 8 oz. Pkg. Cream cheese
1/2 lb. Crab flakes, shredded
1 tsp. Garlic salt
1 pkg. Wonton wrappers
1 bunch green onions, diced (whites and greens)
1-2 heaping tsp.
Fresh garlic
½- ¼ tsp. Fresh cracked black or white pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix filling well. If you use electric beaters or a food processor, it will help shred the crab flakes. To form wontons, place a grape side spoonful of filling in the center of each wonton skin. Dip your finger in water and run it along 2 of the touching sides (forms an L). Fold skin over so you have a triangle. Hold the triangle so the fold is at the bottom and the right angle point is at the top. Moisten the bottom two points with water, then pull them down to the center and cross. This will cause the wonton to “pucker” in the middle and give you the nice wonton shape. Fry until golden and crisp. Serve as is, or with Sweet n’ Sour sauce. To reheat, place in 350 F oven for 10 minutes if coming right from refrigerator.
