Whip Dry:
3/4 C cocoa
1 1/2 C sugar

Add and boil to soft ball:
1/3 C water
3/4 C white Karo

Remove from heat and add:
1 Cans Eagle Brand Milk
1/2 C Evaporated Milk
1/2 t Vanilla
1/2 t Salt
