2 sticks butter
2 cups sugar
6 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 box (12 oz) vanilla wafers
1 pkgs. (7 oz.) angel flake coconut
1 cup pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

Cream together: butter, sugar and eggs (one at a time, beating after each)
Add: 1/2 cup milk (alternating with addition of vanilla wafers
1 box (12 oz.) vanilla wafers (crushed fine)
Fold in: 1 pkg. (7 oz.) angel flake coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
Add: 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Bake at 325º for 1 hr. 15 minutes in greased & floured tube pan.

This cake can be frozen and keeps indefinitely.
Be sure and have a cold glass of milk to accompany this treat.My favorite cake of all! Just be prepared to walk 30 miles after eating to work off those calories.
