3 large chicken breasts
8 oz cream cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stack Ritz Crackers
Chicken broth
1 stick melted margarine
1 c grated cheese (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Boil chicken and debone. Chunk into 2 qt casserole dish sprayed with Pam.
Mix sour cream, soup, and broth until desired consistency. Pour over chicken. Add crumbs on top. Drizzle margarine over crumbs. May omit
margarine if using cheese. Bake 30-40 minutes. Good as is, or over rice.
