6 sweet potatoes cooked and mashed
½ stick margarine
½ c white sugar
½ c brown sugar
1 egg (beat with fork)
½ c milk
1 tsp vanilla

Topping
¾ c brown sugar
½ c flour
1 c chopped pecans
miniature marshmallows (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sweet potatoes with margarine, white sugar, brown sugar, beaten egg, milk and vanilla.
Spread mixture in a 9" x 13" baking pan sprayed with Pam.
Topping:
Combine brown sugar, flour and pecans. Crumble over top of sweet potato mixture. Bake @ 350* 30 minutes or until golden. May add miniature marshmallows last 5 minutes of baking.
