1 pkg. sugar-free orange gelatin
1 pkg. sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
1-11 oz. can mandarin oranges
1-8 oz. fat-free Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix gelatin with 1 cup boiling water. Mix the juice of the oranges with enough water to make 1 cup. Add to gelatin and refrigerate fro 20 minutes.
Remove from refrigerator and whisk in powdered pudding. Fold in the Cool Whip. Add the oranges. Refrigerate until fluffy.
