3 cups all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp.baking powder
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. Coorsİ Beer
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, baking soda and 1 tsp. salt. Set aside 1 Tbsp. of beaten egg. Combine remaining egg, Coorsİ, water and oil; add to dry ingredients all at once, stirring just until moistened (batter wil be slightly lumpy). Pour into a greased 8x4x3 in. loaf pan. Brush top with reserved 1 Tbsp. egg. Bake in a 350ş oven for 60 min. or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean. Remove from pan; cool on wire rack.
