2 pkgs. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. warm buttermilk
1/2 c. butter softened
3 eggs
1 to 2 envelopes ranch dressing mix
2 t. salt
8 to 9 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water, add 1 t. sugar, let stand 5 mins. Add buttermilk, butter, eggs, ranch dressing mix, salt, remaining sugar, and 4 c. flour. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough. Knead until smooth and elastic, 6-8 mins.Cover in greased bowl,turning once to coat both sides. Let rise 1 hour. Punch down and divide into 4 pieces. Roll out into 14"x12" rectangle. Roll up Jelly roll style, pinch seams to seal and tuck ends under.
Place on a greased cookie sheet, make 5 shallow slashes across top of each. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 30 mins. Bake @ 350* for 15- 20 mins.
