1 1/2 c. warm milk
2 T. olive oil
1 1/2 T. sugar
1 1/2 t, salt
4 c. flour
2 t. yeast
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, Knead until smooth and elastic. Let rise in a warm place until doubled. Punch dough down, divide into 2 pieces. Roll out into 14"x12" rectangle. Roll up jelly roll style. Pinch seams and tuck ends under. Place in loaf pans and let rise until doubled. about 30 mins. Bake @ 350* for 20-25 mins, or until golden brown
