Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 packages of frozen broccoli florets (cooked & drained) or
4 bunches of fresh broccoli (cut off the florets and cook and drain)
2 whole chicken breasts
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 Tablespoon – ¼ cup of Curry powder
(depending on how much curry you like)
2 cups of sharp cheddar cheese shredded
4 cups of cooked minute rice

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli, drain; boil chicken, cool and shred apart. Mix broccoli and chicken and rice together in large baking pan. Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder and cheese together and pour over broccoli, chicken & rice. Mix together well. Bake at 350˚ for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
