¼ cup sugar
¼ cup vinegar
1 Tbsp cornstarch or flour
1 – 2# can cooked beets
¼ cup of beet juice
1 Tbsp butter or oleo
Salt Pepper

Directions:
Directions:

Mix sugar and cornstarch; add beet juice & vinegar. Boil for 5 minutes. Drain beets, and add to mixture. Cook slowly stirring occasionally until beets are heated. Add butter. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
