8-10 dark red medium sized Roma Tomatoes
1 cup loosely packed Cilantro leaves
1-2 Jalapeno peppers
1 medium sized yellow onion
Juice from 1/2 lime
1 1/2 tsp's salt
1 tsp cumin
3-4 cloves fresh garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Remove stem end of tomatoes and drain juice and seeds, place in food processor
Add Cilantro and the rest of the ingredients, pulse on low speed until chunky. Serve. Great in mexican dishes as well.
