4 to 6 loin chops
3 large potatoes, thinly sliced
2 onions, thinly sliced
1 c. concentrated vegetable soup
1 c. water
salt
pepper
Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper and flour lightly. Fry until brown on both sides. Arrange potatoes and onions in layers in a greased baking dish, season each layer with salt and pepper. place chops on top. Pour in soup and water mixed. Add a dash of worcestershire sauce. Bake covered in a moderate oven (375 deg F) for about 50 min. or until potatoes are tender. Uncover and brown for serving.
