1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 small pkg. lemon instant pudding
4 eggs
2/3 C. oil
3/4 C. water

Directions:
Directions:
Beat all ingredients for 10 minutes with electric mixer. Pour into an ungreased angel food cake pan and bake for 50 minutes on the middle shelf at 350º. Remove from oven and let cool. Do not invert pan like you would an angel food cake. After removing from pan, sift powdered sugar on top.

I bake this for birthday cakes. It's very light and delicious and very easy. Stores easily and for several days.
