Barb & Roger Grefe


1 C. oil
2 C. sugar
1 can pumpkin
2 C. flour
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
6 oz. cream cheese (soften)
12 T. margarine or butter
2 T. milk
3 1/2 C. powdered sugar
dash of salt
(or use a can of already prepared cream cheese frosting)!!
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 C. walnuts (optional)

Mix ingredients all together. Beat 1 minute with an electric mixer. Pour in a jelly roll pan. (Cookie sheet with sides). Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. It's done when you insert a toothpick in the center and it comes out clean. Frost when cool with Cream Cheese frosting .
