1 can Eagle Brand Milk
1 pkg brown sugar
1 cube butter
1 cup light Karo Syrup
Dash of salt
Plain popped Corn (1 big bag or 4-6 bags oven popped)

Directions:

1. Stir Karo, brown sugar and butter in heavy pan.
2. Add milk
3. Cook on top of oven ????? and pour over the popcorn.
