1/3 cup butter-soft
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
2/3 cup honey
1 tsp. vanilla
2 2/3 cups sifted flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar, eggs and honey. Add vanilla, sifted flour, soda and salt--mix well. Chill dough. Roll in 1' balls then roll in sugar. Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes.
