1 bag (16 oz) frozen vegetable combination, thawed and drained
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded Swiss Cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 jar (4 oz) chopped pimento (drained)
1 can (2.8 oz) Durkee French Fried Onions

Directions:
Directions:
Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 can Durkee French Fried Onions. Pour into a 1 quart casserole. Bake covered at 350º for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese & onions; bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer.

Microwave directions: prepare as above. Cook, covered on "High" 8 minutes; turn halfway through top with remaining cheese & onions. Cook, uncovered on "High" 1 minute or until cheese melts.
