2 c. green beans
2 c. whole kernel corn
2 c. chopped carrots
1 T. minced onion
1 T. chopped pimento
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a large strainer rinse the beans and corn. Place a layer of each in a 2 quart buttered casserole dish. Add a layer of carrots. Repeat layers. Mix the pimento with the soup and add 3/4 cup of water. Pour the soup mixture over the vegetables and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
