1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
Directions:
Directions:
Cream first four ingredients together. Mix flour, baking soda & cream of tartar; adding to creamed mixture. Drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet and flaten w/bottom of glass dipped in melted butter & sugar. Bake at 350º for 8 - 10 minutes.
