2 pounds of pork
2 cups of lime juice
4 tablespoon of achiote ( you can find that in a latin store,
opcional ).
1 / 2 onion
Salt
Peper
2 little pieces of Garlic
Cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Blend onion,achiote, salt, peper, cilantro, garlic and lemon juice.
Pour the sauce on top of the pork.
Let set up for 2 hours.
Cook in crock pot on high for 4 hours.
Eat with rice and heat tortillas ( Buy the Guerrero one).
Salad on the side.
