8 oz spaghetti broken in 2" pieces
3/4 c sliced mushrooms(canned)
4 T butter
3 T onions
1/2 t celery salt
1 tall can (1 1/2 c) evaporated milk
2 T chopped pimentoes
2 c cubed turkey or chicken
1/2 c shredded sharp cheese
1/4 c parmesan cheese

Directions:
Cook spaghetti until tender. Saute onions. Add seasoning. Drain mushroom and save liquid. Blend in undiluted chiken soup until smooth. Add mushroom and liquid. Gradually add evaporated milk stirring constantly until smooth and thickened.Add spaghetti and turkey to mushroom mixture. Put in buttered casserole. Top with cheese or put cheese in casserole and mix and put ritz crackers crumbs on top with chip of butter. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes
