Dressing:
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. salt

Salad:
1 head of lettuce
6 strips of bacon, cooked, crumbled
1/3 c. sliced almonds
1/4 c. sesame or sunflower seeds
1/4 c. green onions, chopped
3/4 c. chow mein noodles
1 small can Mandarin oranges

Dressing:
Mix ingredients and chill for one hour.

Salad:
Mix ingredients and add dressing just before serving. Dried cranberries are also good in this salad.
