2 lbs. broccoli, cut into flowerets
10-3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. cheese-flavored crackers, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Fill a saucepan with one inch of water; add broccoli and bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer until broccoli is crisp, but tender--about 5 to 8 minutes. Drain and place in a greased 2-qt. casserole dish. In a large bowl, combine soup, mayonnaise, cheese and lemon juice; pour over broccoli. Sprinkle crushed crackers over top.

Bake at 350º for 25 - 30 minutes.
