1 c. shortening
2 Tbsp. peanut butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour

1/2 c. peanut butter
4 to 6 Tbsp. milk
2 to 2-1/2 c. powdered sugar

Stir together frosting ingredients, adding more milk as needed to make it spreadable.

Cream together shortening, peanut butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg yolk and vanilla; stir in flour. Spread in a well-greased 15"x11" jelly roll pan and bake at 350 until light brown, about 20 to 30 minutes. Frost with above while still hot.
