15 gargen egg
2 bell peppers
1 medium size onions
4 oz.chicken or beef
1/4pt olive oil or peanut oil or vegetable oil
1 teaspoon ground garlic
1 teaspoon ground ginger

Directions:
Directions:
cut, wash season chicken with garlic, ginger. cook meat untill tender.Boil the garden egg until soft,cut onions and pepper.Heat oil in fry pan and sliced onions and pepper and fry for 3minutes.Add ground ginger,ground garlic and cook for 10 minutes.Add the chicken, simmer for about 5 minutes.chop the garden egg and to the stew.Serve with boiled plantain or boiled yam
