3 lb fresh fish
1 tsp.tomato sauce
1 big size onions or ground
1/6 olive oil, vegetable oil.
1 clove garlic
3 bell pepper

Directions:
Directions:
cut fish into pieces and season with ginger and garlic. Heat oil in a saucepan, fry the cut onions and pepper and tomatoes sauce for a few minutes and add water allow to boil for 10 minutes and the seasoned fresh fish and onions and simmer until fish is cooked.
serve with jiffy or fufu, banku, garri and kenkey
