1 pint cottage chesse
1 large container of whipped topping
2 small boxes or 1 large box of strawberry jello
1 small pkg. frozen strawberries (with the juice, sweetened), thawed

In a large mixing bowl combine cottage cheese, whipped topping, and jello. Do Not use mixer. Stir till jello is dissolved. Add thawed strawberries. Mix well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Eat and enjoy!

My mother makes this salad with orange jello and mandrian oranges. I don't like oranges that well so I switched it to strawberries! You could use any combination of jello and fruit in this salad. No matter how you make it, it is wonderful.
