2 teaspoon yeast
4 cups(1/4 liter) flour
1/2 water
1/2 sugar
some olive oil or peanut oil, vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. mix the flour. sugar, yeast and water together until the batter is smooth
2. wait until dough has risen.put olive oili into pot, al lease 2 inches( too little will result in flatter balls) place on low heat and make sure the oil hot enough before putting dough into the oil.
3.fry for a few minutes until its golden brown.place the dough on napkins right away to soak excess oil.
