2 c plain flour
1/2 t baking powder
1 t salt
1 c sugar
1/2 t baking soda
1 orange (jucied) and cranberry juice to equal 3/4 c
2 T melted margarine
1 egg beaten
2 c cranberries(either cut in half or placed through a grinder)
1/2 to 1 c chopped nuts

Directions:

Mix all dry ingredients. Pour melted margarine over the dry ingredients. Stir in the juice and grated rind from the orange. Put in greased and floured bread pan. Pay attention to the corners!! Cook 1 hour at 350º.Remove from pan and cool.
