"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar. Add egg, vanilla, milk, and peanut butter. Blend well. Add the dry ingredients at low speed. When well blended, put in refrigerator (it will be easier to work with). Shape into balls. Roll in sugar that you have placed on a plate. Put the roll balls on a greased cookie sheet two inches apart and bake 9 minutes at 350º. While cookies are baking, peel foil off of candy kisses.
When cookies are done ( and still on cookie sheet), press a Candy Kiss in center of cooling rack. Put on a cooling rack.
