5 IBS BEEF
6OZ TOMATO PASTE
1 MEDUIM ONION
20 OZ ROASTED PEANUT
PEPPER AND SALT TO TASTE
2 CHICKEN BOUILLON CUBES
1 CUP WATER

Directions:
Directions:
1. SEASON BEEF WITH SALT, BOUILLON CUBE, ONION AND PEPPER. BOIL FOR ABOUT 30-35 MINUTES. BLEND THE ROASTED PEANUT INTO A SMOOTH THICK PASTE.

2. ADD PEANUT WITH TOMATO PASTE AND SIMMER FOR ABOUT 20-35 MINUTES STIRRING FREQUENTLY. SERVE WITH CORN FLOUR OR FUFU, GARRI.
