2 ripe avocado (if not ripe, place in a brown bag for a day or so)
1 pack guacamole mix (I use spicy)
zest of 1 lemon
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste

remove skin and pits from avocado. Place in a medium bowl and smash with a fork. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve with taco chips. ©

MY daughter, Jess says it just isn't Sunday without this guacamole. It's fabulous with any kind of chip or on a grilled chicken sandwich. Treat yourself and serve with a margarita. Don't forget to rim the glass with lemon juice and salt!
