Tortilla Soup Recipe

1 garlic clove
1 medium onion, chopped
4 Tbsp. oil
2 cans Mexican-style tomatoes, chopped
2 cans stewed tomatoes, chopped
4 c. chicken broth
2 c. beef broth
1 1/2 c. chicken, cooked & chopped
1 Tbsp. cumin
dash of chili powder
2 cups of Tostidos©, broken into large pieces

Garnish: cheese, sour cream, picante sauce

Saute garlic and onion in oil. Add tomatoes, broths, chicken, cumin and chili powder, mixing well. Simmer one hour on medium heat, then add broken Tostidos©. Garnish with cheese, sour cream, or picante sauce.
