Ingredients:  
Saute - 8 strips bacon, then crumble into small pieces and 4 green onions and tops, sliced

Bake a pastry shell 5 minutes at 400 degrees.

Then fill with:
Sauteed bacon and onion
1 cup grated Swiss Cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese

Mix together first & then add:
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup milk
1 cup cream or evaporated milk
1/3 tsp. white pepper
1 cup salt
dash of nutmeg

Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes

Add on top of the egg mixture:
2 T. melted butter
2 T. chopped parsley or parsley flakes

Bake 20 minutes more or until filling is set.

Serve hot!
