1 c granulated sugar
1/2 c packed brown sugar
1 c margarine, softened
1 t vanilla
2 eggs
1 jar (15 oz) applesauce (about 1 3/4 c)
2 1/2 c all purpose flour
1 pack graham crackers, finely crushed (about 1 2/3 c crumbs)
1 T ground cinnamon
2 t baking soda
1/2 t ground allspice
1 c chopped walnuts
1 c raisins

Heat oven to 350 Grease 30 medium muffin cups 2 1/2 x 1 1/4 inches. Beat sugars, margarine, vanilla, and eggs in large bowl on medium speed, scraping bowl frequently, until light and fluffy. Beat in applesauce. Gradually stir in flour, graham cracker crumbs, cinnamon, baking soda and allspice; fold in walnuts and raising. Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full. Bake until wooden pick inserted in centers come out clean, 20 - 25 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Loosen muffins from sides of cups with metal spatula; remove from pan. Cool completely on wire rack.

High altitude directions (3500 - 6500 feet) Heat oven to 375. Decrease bake time to 15 - 20 minutes.
