1 Beef Round Steak 3 C. of Celery
1 lrg. Onion 4 C. of Fresh Spinach
2 can Mushrooms 1 C. of Soy Sauce
(can use fresh mushrooms) 2 Green Peppers
2 cans Water Chestnuts Peanut Oil
2 cans Bamboo Shoots Rice and/or Chow Mein noodles

Slice steak into 2" by 1/2" strips, brown this in a wok, dice onion add onions and mushrooms to meat and stir fry for 4 min. add diced celery stir fry for 2 min. add bamboo shoots and water chestnuts stir fry for 3-4 min. then add sliced green peppers stir fry for 2 min. then add soy sauce and spinach and simmer for 20 min. Serve with rice or Chow Mein noodles.
