1 pound lean ground turkey
1 medium size sweet onion - diced
3/4 cup italian bread crumbs
2 tsp fresh minced garlic
2 tsp fresh basil and oregano
1 large jar of organic tomato sauce
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl mix the ground turkey, bread crumbs, minced garlic, and diced sweet onion. Set the crock pot up on the counter and layer a fair amount of tomato sauce in the pot. Start making meat balls with the turkey mixture and add to the crock pot. Add tomato sauce now and then. Once the crock pot is filled with meatballs add a pinch of salt, pepper, basil and oregano. Set the crock pot on low. The meatballs will take eight hours to cook, every few hours stir the meatballs and sauce.
