2 large cucumbers, peeled, seeded and roughly chopped
3 juiced limes
3/4 cup Splenda

Directions:

1. Blend cucumber, lime juice, Splenda
and 2 cups of cold water in a blender until frothy.

2. Pour into a glass pitcher and add 4 additional cups of cold water.

3. Taste for sweetness and lime, adding more if needed.

4. If not drinking immediately, store covered in refrigerator for no more than 2 hours.
5. Before serving, put ice cubes into tall glasses, stir in cucumber water, and pour. For a special touch, add a garnish of fresh sprigs of mint or long sticks of cucumber.

VARIATION: For a "Spirited Cucumber Cooler," add 1 cup of good-quality tequila, vodka or gin to the pitcher just before stirring, or add an appropriate amount to each glass before adding the cooler.
