3 cups shredded Napa cabbage
1 cup shredded red cabbage
1/4 cup red peppers -- julienned
1/4 cup carrot -- julienned
1 tablespoon sliced green onions
2 cooked chicken breast halves -- without skin
1/2 cup Spicy Peanut Dressing -- (see next list)
1 sprig cilantro

Dressing~~
3 tablespoons peanut butter -- (natural no sugar added)
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon cayenne

Directions:

Salad~~
Thinly slice chicken breast on a bias. Place all ingredients except cilantro leaves in a mixing bowl and toss. Garnish with cilantro leaves.

Dressing~~
Place peanut butter in a mixing bowl and whisk in all other ingredients.
