4 eggs
3/4 c sugar
3/4 c flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
additional sugar to roll cake
jam or preserves of choice

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until high and fluffy. Gradually add sugar a little at a time. Mix baking powder in flour. Add a little at a time to mixture beating well after each addition. Preheat oven to 350º. Line a small cookie sheet with wax paper or parchment paper. Flour and grease well. Bake 10 minutes or until done. Let cool 3 minutes. Put wax paper on table. Sprinkle it with sugar. Put cake on wax paper. Spread cake with jam. Roll. Cut and put in plate.
