2 pkg. hungry jack biscuits or equal as I think they do not make hungry Jack any more??
1/2 lbs fresh frozen shrimp. You can use 4 1/2 oz can shrimp But not as good.
2 fresh green onions chopped all the way using the chives; it makes for good flavor and color
3/4 cup Best food Mayonnaise (No and I mean No substitutes, none of this Fat free stuff I am so sorry
1/8 tsp. dill weed. I do a little more as it gives it a great flavor
1 cup grated Swiss cheese (Real Cheese and not the half watered down stuff)

Separate the biscuits from each other & then separate the biscuits themselves into two halves. Place into a mini muffin tin and put a spoon full of the mixture in each.
Bake at 350º for about 20 minutes

Now what I usually do is save 1 shrimp to place on top and sprinkle a little dill on top.
