1 large head of cabbage - peel off outer leaves
3 carrotts - peeled
3 tbs mayonnaise
a couple of slugs of vinegar
a handful of sugar
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Shred all of the cabbage into a large bowl. Grate in the carrots. Add approx. 3 tbs of mayonnaise, a couple of slugs of vinegar and a handful of sugar and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Keep tasting this mixture and add additional salt, pepper and mayonnaise as needed. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
